CleanQuote Studio is the name of this website and of the one-time Custom Setup service for commercial cleaning businesses. This policy explains what happens when you visit the site and when you email hello@cleanquotestudio.com.

You can read the public pages and use the pricing demo without creating an account. The demo calculates in your browser. Numbers you type there are not submitted to CleanQuote Studio through a form.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Serving a page can involve ordinary technical data handled by the host, such as the page requested, the time of the request, and general browser or network data. On the production deployment, the site also uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as which pages are viewed.

This website does not include a customer account, a checkout form, or a place to enter a payment card number.

If you email hello@cleanquotestudio.com, we receive the address you write from, the message you write, and any files you choose to attach. We use that information to reply and, if you ask us to prepare Custom Setup, to do that work. We do not sell this information.

Custom Setup is priced at $199 and is a one-time charge, not a subscription. This website does not accept payment today. If a third-party payment service is added later, that provider would collect the payment details needed to process the charge under its own terms. CleanQuote Studio would use the related order information, such as payer name, email address, amount, and transaction status, to confirm the purchase and deliver the setup. This policy will be updated when that payment method is offered. Card numbers are not stored on this website.

We do not sell personal information. We share it with the provider that hosts the website, with the provider that holds the hello@cleanquotestudio.com mailbox, and, if you later pay through a third-party processor, with that processor to the extent needed to complete the payment. We may also share information when the law requires it.

We keep email and setup files for as long as needed to respond, deliver the requested setup, and keep a basic record of the request. A fixed deletion period is not stated on this page.

The website and Custom Setup are meant for commercial cleaning businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this page. The date at the top will change when we do.
